Inquiry

It is a very exciting term this year. The childcare group are babysitting really intelligent kids Hunter and Connor. And there was a little mishap with Conner and Hunter. They had a nasty cold especially when it is going into winter. So we had a 11 month girl Briarlee.  Briarlee is a teacher's daughter at our school. The wonderful teacher is Tara McCauley. Hunter and Connor are Sharon and Mike Griffiths children.

Here are some wonderful photos of these beautiful children.

Thank you Sharon and Mike Griffiths and Tara McCauley.

And a very big thank you Tracy Hopewell from behalf of the class and me
It was a great and wonderful experience and challenging at times. Although Hunter cried it was an awesome experience.
And thank you Gareth Duncan
Hunter loved the drums.

Conner loved everything.

The Storm

The Storm
  1. Starting to spit
  2. Becoming a storm
  3. People start to cry

Mad, misty looking clouds, clog up the delicate, blue sky.  Little, mini pellets shoot down to earth.  Pocket sized bulbs of water franticly dance on the rusty roof tops. Young kids chatter away as the water drops tap dance on the saturated concrete.

Then …. lightning strikes like white paint splattering across the furious sky.  Thunder rumbles like a herd of elephants stampeding.  Frightened children panic waving their arms to and fro.

Tears drip down my cheeks. “Hold me!” one says before another bullet shoots.  Waters work start happening and wet patches on my face drip.  Everyone around me runs.

The Note

Dear Family,

Sorry I haven't written a note for ages. A war is about to go on. A few weeks ago my best mate died. I wish I could come home with you but sorry to say I can't. Every day a tear drips down my face from seeing all the dead bodies around me. The gun hits the dirt usually  but I got hit in the arm the other day. I hate it when I hear the bombs go on. It always scares me. I love you guys. The gas bombs happen and I cover my face but soon I think I'll probably kick the bucket. Love you. I might see you in 1918 hopefully.
Your loving Olivia

Our Tiles Came Today.

Look what came today!
Look! Our orders from Splashy came and they are shining bright. They look amazing. I would like to say  thanks to the Splashy team. They look awesome.
It was a good experience for an art class.

Baxter Came to School

In room 21 Mrs Hopewell's puppy came to school. It is a black labrador cross border
collie. It's name is Baxter and he is only a pup but it is very big already. Here are some photos with people sticking to him with love.
